it's not my computer cause everything has been cleared and maintained recently and other websites are popping right up.

Just normal growing pains. I've been trying to find ways to optimize and tweak the code to run a bit faster, but it'll take time.

The growth rate on this website is staggering. The database is quickly approaching 300 megabytes in size. And remember last August when LbNA went down and the HUGE spike in traffic on AQ as a result? The only day this month when AQ has gotten fewer hits than that spike was Thanksgiving Day.

Just kills me to have to upgrade to an even more expensive account only three months after the last time I upgraded, so I'm trying to find other efficiencies first.

Mostly, it's the database. It's growing so darned large and so many people are accessing it, it's hard to keep it running fast.

But I'm working on it, for what it's worth. *shrug* =)
