ok, well, you still have to push buttons but you don't have to listen or be confused by the voice prompts....wish I had this before navigating through multiple prompts, being put on hold for 20 minutes, finally getting a human being and being transfered to a car rental agency that was closed but would love to have my business... and this was a health insurance company!!

Delta Airlines is on that list. They have an expensive car seat of mine in limbo somewhere that I want back! It will be nice to get through their phone rigamarole.

I always press "8" about a dozen times after the first voice prompt. This will direct you to a real person almost all of the time for any business.

I’m going to try that. On a lot of the computer menus if you keep make babbling noises it will be forced to put a human being on the phone.

Babbling noises? Hmmm, I will definitely have to try that one next time!

Damn. I hate it when that happens.

I've spent a good part of today trying to get the right customer service for Chase Bank when someone, somehow used my debit card number to make a purchase (the card is in my purse). You'd think you could call a local bank, but couldn't even find a # online.

Is there a number on the back of your card?

Call the customer service number on the back of the card.

Hmmm. Didn't think of that, but I didn't have the card with me at the time. I finally found a # buried in their website.
