Sorry about the dangling foot there, Wassa & TG! Hmmmm... Well, I have been commissioned to make a very large batch of a very soft version of PZ Kut in a very bright color for a very big corporation. Things have been very busy around here!! And there have been some very interesting experiments along the way! LOL!

You can make it a brighter color than the orange it already is?! What, neon-green for the National Poison Center so kids can carve their own Mr. Yuk face? Or is Mattel getting ready to launch "Letterboxing Barbie" and needs neon-pink PZ? *shudder at the very idea* Hey—can we commission our own color batches of PZ Kut? I'd love to have gekko-green stamps to go with the foam mounting I already use!
Do we get to help with the testing?? :D More mystery material!!!

Sounds pretty but impractical. You wouldn't be able to see the image you were carving.

That's a LOT of verys there, Webfoot. So can you share any more info? What color? What corporation? Why so soft? I don't like soft carving mediums. Don't leave us hanging!

Custom sizes, thicknesses, colors, consistencies...oh the mind is racing...
::hyper-ventilating in a paper bag::
Ok, OK, Ok, can I get PZKut in a size say 18 x 24?

It also doesn't hold together. The textures of the colors delaminate during repeated printing. It looked cool, though!! :)

Um.... well, it's a very big corporation. They're wanting a *lot* of material. That's the only reason that it's even feasible to try this - and as for size, happily they wanted smaller sizes (especially widths) than normal, and that's a lot more manageable than bigger ones. The extruder isn't big enough for the size you're talking about! LOL! Maybe someday....
I will have some larger sizes of the Speedball Speedy Carve next week, though. :) They've made some larger blocks and I just had to get a few!

You know, I tried for gekko-green last St. Patrick's Day (I wanted so much to take it down to Arkansas for TAG!) and it was a no-go, unfortunately! I felt a little bit crazy last year -- I know I'm nuts now!! ;-)
You never know... There may be an odd batch or two that I will be allowed put on the Stampeaz site. It might have to wait until after the big launch, though. They're being pretty fussy about keeping everything under wraps. as you might imagine -- they probably worry about competitors stealing their thunder!

I don't buy PZ Orange because it makes my eyes hurt, but GREEN would be fab!

Webfoot:
I too have trouble seeing with the orange, and I just bought a whole slab. Now will probably end up giving it to Belmer, as her and her husband love the stuff.That part is okay though. I did use it for two stamp images and they stamp wonderfully, albeit, blinding me in the process the whole time. :~) The green would be my choice as well. Heads up Belmer.

WF-
Just want you to know that I got the package in time for SUN ( thank you thank you!!) and people were delighted with the prizes. I did hoard away an extra Staedler carver for myself, though...I lost my original at SUN. :(
