While I was at my neighborhood library, I decided to check on my LB that I hid underneath a bottom shelf. Everything was in place with several new stamp ins. As I read the comments in my tiny logbook I came to a page with a little sticker, instead of a stamp. On the page, under the sticker, was written, " Enjoy reading", and signed " from your library". The page was dated with a library date stamp. I just about fell over !! Someone at the library must have read my clues or got the clues from someone because in my clues, I mentioned that I considered this MY library because I had been coming there ever since it had been built. Well, I guess you could say my letterbox is legal now!

I'm glad whoever found it, joined in on the fun and replaced it back under the shelf.

When checking a cemetery letterbox, I also found a library stamp and the name of the local library. Plus, the person had a sense of humor because they wrote "Everyone in this cemetery has CHECKED OUT." ("Checked out" was stamped with a rubber stamp). They didn't post their find so I don't know who they are.

I was thinking that the librarian may have just found it while reshelving or dusting the shelves.
