The military only provides the basics for Military Working Dogs (MWDs) stationed in Iraq where temperatures can soar up to 145 degrees. Ya know, this is so wrong. These dogs are soldiers too and they deserve to be treated as well as human soldiers.

We had a USAF handler with us on mission last spring, and her dog was killed in action...that was the only time I ever saw the INP get mad over the death of a dog...and you are right about the heat, if the dog isn't working, the dog and handler are usually in the ac of the trucks or other vehicles...
Take your kids hunting, instead of hunting for your kids...
