I think Eidolon should have to write an essay to get into LBH, SPECIFICALLY so it can be posted on this thread! :D

Here it is, short and sweet but pretty all-encompassing...

Why I'd make a good LBH?:
littlmoon, gollygee and oread have all met me and seen me "in action" meeting, greeting, and stamping at an event. What more do I need to say?

Sorry, Eidolon, but I'm afraid that's just not gonna cut it. HOWEVER, in the spirit of camaraderie, I have taken the liberty of preparing an essay for you... all you need to do is just fill in the blanks with a few key details, and you are set!

Hi, my name is Eidolon, and I would love to join the elite group known as the LBHs. I feel uniquely qualified for this exalted honor, not least of which is because of my awe-inspiring _________ . But seriously, I remember one time, I was out boxing with __________ and __________. It was getting late, the sun had gone down, but we still had one box in the series left to get. You can bet your sweet ________ I was not about to give up! My _______ companions were uncertain about wandering through the woods in the dark, but I gave them a quick _______ on the ________, and told them it would be ok. I then pulled out my "secret weapon", a gigantic glow-in-the-dark ________!! You should have seen the look on their faces, especially when I told them they could hold it by the _______. Well, with THIS behemoth lighting our way, we were able to find the box in no time (and even frightened off a couple of _______s who had been _________ing on the ______ nearby). Upon returning to the car, I had to laugh when _______ tried to turn it off by inserting her ________ into its ________! Good times... good times....

Sincerely, Eidolon: Master of the ______ing ________ly ________.

Hi, my name is Eidolon, and I would love to join the elite group known as the LBHs. I feel uniquely qualified for this exalted honor, not least of which is because of my awe-inspiring chicken legs . But seriously, I remember one time, I was out boxing with Marty and Marjorie. It was getting late, the sun had gone down, but we still had one box in the series left to get. You can bet your sweet tail feathers I was not about to give up! My unflappable companions were uncertain about wandering through the woods in the dark, but I gave them a quick peck on the beak, and told them it would be ok. I then pulled out my "secret weapon", a gigantic glow-in-the-dark silly putty container!! You should have seen the look on their faces, especially when I told them they could hold it by the egg. Well, with THIS behemoth lighting our way, we were able to find the box in no time (and even frightened off a couple of chicken hawks who had been gliding on the air currents nearby). Upon returning to the car, I had to laugh when Marjorie tried to turn it off by inserting her wing into its gizzard (that is a Georgia term for ignition)! Good times... good times....

Sincerely, Eidolon: Master of the Clucking Ugly Cockscomb.

All this was going on and my Internet was down at home. Now that really sucks I missed out on most of the fun.
Wass I just love your creative writing style. As for Eidolon’s comment of “seeing him in action” I pleaded the 5th… so I’m not saying any more on that let’s just let him in the club.
