So, the "20%" showing is more acurately the "height of the jpg that corresponds to where the description line ends vertically"


That's a pretty weird bug. Definitely a browser issue, though! I don't think I could have made it work like that if I tried. =)

I went ahead and added the div, floated to the left, as wassamatta_u suggested. Does this help anyone? I'm working blind here since I haven't been able to reproduce the bug myself, so I can't be sure it's really fixed the bug or not!

If it works, though, I'll keep the change. ;o)

YAY! It's fixed!!

At least it is for me. I went to the same link I posted before and saw the whole picture. I also randomly checked other pics and had no issues with those either.

Somewhere in a 5GB collection of software guidelines from Microsoft there's a note that jpg links in html must be formatted in some particular manner to display correctly. Formatting html incorrectly may result in pictures that only display the top 20%.
