Land Manager updates

Okay, I had to write a paper for class so I decide to research laws regarding land management policy and letterboxing. Anyway, I decided that the research may be useful to everyone. It took me an amazingly long time to do this (I didn't know wiki code stuff), but I even designed a table -- so take a look:
Does the National Park Service (NPS) allow letterboxing?
How can I find out what agency manages the park and if they permit letterboxing?
Is letterboxing allowed in North Carolina State Parks?

Wow! That's a pretty extensive (i.e. tricky!) table too! =) Most people would be intimidated trying to create a table that complex! I figured most people would only use it for small things.
I'm also impressed with myself when I see something like that. The code I wrote to translate from wiki-style formatting into valid HTML worked--even for complex stuff like that! Woo-who!

Well, you should be -- if you can make the instructions simple enough for a largely computer illiterate person like me to do it, then anyone can do it!
Now whatever you do, do NOT look at how many edits it took me to do this. *wishing I knew of a way to delete all the edits*

I don't even have to look at the edits to know it would have taken a lot of them to get a table that complicated working correctly. I have more than my fair share of edits when I tried putting together the tutorial on how to make a pouch--which also uses a very complex table!
Those complex tables are very hard to get right the first time around. The syntax is really better suited for simple tables.
Won't stop us from abusing them, though, huh? ;o)

Add a new question in Wiki like "Where are letterboxes allowed in MO?" Or something like that and then direct them to the link.
Build that databases!

I think I'd replace it with a link to USDA, and expand mention of Forest to include National Forest, Grassland, Scenic Area, Recreation Area, or Tall Grass Prairie. We can also just remove the link to the NPS because we don't want to even imply that letterboxing links to NPS.
What do you think?

I didn't start the question on the NPS -- I only added to it. Wiki is open to everyone to add so you are welcome to make edits. However, USDA is different than NPS with different policies. I think the question about the NPS is pretty clear that they do NOT allow letterboxing (for the most part) and having a link to the NPS is good so that people can identify which property is under NPS (need to know what to avoid). Changing it to USDA would be confusing since National Forests DO allow letterboxing.
