After a very hot morning for a round of Miniature Golf, we were able to crown the 2007 Mini ME AQ Champion. This year's champion is Gargoyle Girl. She won with a round of 51. But she only won by one stroke over FFersCraftywife, who also sunk 2 hole in 1's for the round!!

Everyone was able to find the boxes that were placed on the course. We decided to keep the boxes there for the future for others to find.

Everyone went back to our house for a small potluck get together. It ended up being inside due to the heat and humidity. Several exchanges were done with new boxers that we had not met at previous events.

We also had special visitors from Tennessee, Team BearCat. They arrived and stayed for about an hour to do exchanges and stamp all the boxes from the event.

All in all, it was a great day!! We will be looking to do this event again next year and see if Gargoyle Girl will repeat as Champion.

And by the way, Dave from Wildcats came in next to last with a score of 71. The only person he beat for the golf challenge was MFF's son, Christopher. Great game Dave!!!

We had a wonderful time... yup it was hot, but it was lots of fun! Watch out dave - Christopher will be hot on your tail next year!

Teacup and I connected with TeamBearCat in Brunswick after a few directional phone calls from home! Great day! And a wonderful way to spend my CAKE day! And not thunder and lighting this year!
