ideas for learning/teaching opportunies at events?

Does anyone have any ideas to share about activities at events, which are not finding/making boxes-specific, or event box stamping in, etc. If one were doing just fine on number of attendees and "special goodies", maybe even already planning some hands-on tutorials on making stamps and books, and that providing food is a great way to get attendees and trust that folks will talk to one another for a whole day is "all good."

And I'm gonna be a bit less-than-specific for a reason, in case of readers here so if your ideas are best send privately, I sure would love to hear from you...

I'm looking to accomplish a few things while still being FUN! for as much of the group as possible, while still teaching, without being all wack 'em with a big stick.

Let's just say, for the sake of argument, you had all/some of the following dynamics going on:

Lots of new boxers, many/most having never planted before with some.....um...less than stellar trail behavior that's becoming apparent in the area....

Lot's of kids in attendance.

A mix of "seasoned" boxers to go with the new. Anyone ever specifically approached the ones that "get it" beforehand (privately) to give them a heads up/encourage to find/participate in "learning moments" but still on the QT and such like? If so, how/what/where and so on?

I guess what I'm saying is that I'm looking for ways to be ....the word is didactic...but w/o in ANYway appearing to be that way and keeping it FUN, fun, fun!

Any group games/ice breakers/ways to work in the boxing itself with learning/ways of instructing anyone would like to suggest, to me, and anyone else reading?

It's a full-day event, with a middle bit where folks will be out boxing (and therefore time back at the meeting point to have tutorials for folks wanting them), then some "closure" at the end of the day with food, stories, along with some planned all-group events/prizes at the end of the day.

Any really pointed/"meaningful" questions to ask of the group throughout the day - perhaps by way of eliciting/learning from others experiences, and/or any other creative ways to ....um, accomplish a few key goals during the day?

If ya'll know what I mean....please do share.

Much apPREciated!
