Ordering food in the Phillipines is also great. They deliver McD's and Burger King. But it is a chore:

Yuk: I'd like to order to double cheeseburger value meals please.
Filipino Burger dude: Sir? We don't deliver meals
Yuk: You delivered me meals on Friday.
Filipino Burger dude Today is Sunday.
Yuk: so?
FBD: Sir, we don't deliver meals on Sunday.
Yuk: Ok, I'll just come there.
FBD: Sir, you can order burgers if you like.
Yuk: OK, we'd like two double cheeseburgers.
FBD: Would you like fries with those?
Yuk: That would be very nice.
FBD: Would you like some coca-colas as well?
Yuk: That would be very nice.
FBD: What size?
Yuk: Large.
FBD: Let me talk to my manager.
Yuk: NO, PLEASE WAIT!

(5 minutes later)

FBD: Sir, we don't deliver large soda-pops.
Yuk; Well, what size do you deliver?
FBD: Cans.
Yuk: Those will be fine.
FBD: 2 cans of Coke then?
Yuk: Yes, but why did you ask my what size I want?
FBD: Sir?
Yuk: Never mind.
FBD: Ok, so that's two double cheeseburgers, two fries, two cans of coke, correct?
Yuk: Perfect, but isn't that two MEALS?
FBD: "Let me talk to my manager."
Yuk: OH GOD NO!

(5 minutes later)

FBD: Yes sir.
Yuk: OK, fine, whatever, I live in Suite 4d Alexandria Condos on Ortigas Avenue"
FBD: Thank you, come again. *click*

I'm sure that's some of those fancy, hand-sewn Italian models that always have about three inches of point where nobody's toes could possibly fit. It you look at the shoes and think that Daniel's toes actually only go about 3/4 of the way to the toe, it would be about right.

I also don't see how he could walk in them without tripping. Imagine him trying to escape a Hungarian Horntail wearing those...
