The Fabulous Flyers are located on the lakeside grounds of Kingston Psychiatric Hospital (KPH) and Rockwood a former “insane asylum” as it was called in the 1800’s. Follow Portsmouth Avenue as far as it will take you to the south. Cross King St. You'll see KPH on your right. Park nearby in the lot on the left near the no poopies sign just north of Gable Lane. (4 hand carved stamps, 1 store bought)
You should be able to find all 5 Fabulous Flyer LB's in about an hour. Mostly easy walking on grass and sidewalks. #2 has been removed due to damage by aggressive boxers or extremely strong groundhogs. If you don't start at Gable Lane and do the scan you will likely NOT find the boxes!
Do them in order as listed here:

1. Cross Gable Lane and find the BIG concrete drain pipe nearby. From here scan the area. To the southeast past the large mature trees is a limestone ridge flanked by 2 mature cedars where you will find box 2 & 3. To the southwest note the lone pine beside the paved path. Head there for the first box. From the lone pine walk westward on the path until you come to the first cedar tree on left. Count 29 steps from the cedar, go down to waterfront here and survey the area below. You should see 3 large chunks of concrete. Two are squares, one is rectangular. The box is under the rectangular one, on the path side. Now that you’ve spotted the location back track to find a safe way down. Watch for mugglers overhead. You’ll need to remove some smaller rocks on the southeastern side of the concrete rectangle to see the box. PLEASE put ALL the rocks back! Box 3 is next.
3. Now head back up the path to look for the ridge flanked by the 2 cedars. Walk east on the path past the backstop and angle off to the north east here to find the ridge. Stand facing south with the ridge directly in front of you. Under the ledge near the most sinister cedar you’ll find Eileen Vollick, Canada’s first licensed female pilot and a beauty queen. If you find a little geocache you aren't at the sinister cedar you are at the dexterous one. (http://www.brainydictionary.com/words/si/sinister219927.html)

4. Walk around to get a topside view of the same ledge and look in the crack for the next FF, a really pesky little fellow.
Go down, leave the ledge behind, walk E to the gravel path leading up to a paved area. Take a left on the sidewalk. You are headed for massive old Rockwood Asylum (bldg #8). From the front entrance note the staircase on the opposite side of McLeod’s basin. Go up there and head for the greenhouses. Go to the end of the most eastern greenhouse and walk north past the limestone retaining wall.

5.
Head for the front entrance of Cartwright’s summer home. Look north. Walk to the north, past the concrete drain platform to a big squat Scotch pine on a little knoll. You’ll find Billy Bishop, Canadian World War 1 fighter ace, under the pine on the north side. Your shortest, youngest or most flexible team member should crawl underneath to find him, between 2 big rocks and under a smaller one.
