North is up!

6/29/2007 update....I"m Still trying to locate 1 stamp. If you have it, please please contact me.
I want to switch it out for new stamp!
Thank you.

This is something new and a little different. I call it a Hitchhiking Traveler and here's how it works:

I made 5 of the same stamp. (Ok I can tell the difference in them, you can't possibly hand carve exactly the same way 5 times but all are the same image)

If I'm out Lbing and I see anyone on the trails I will ask them,  "do you know which way is north?" if they respond, " North is up" I will know they read this clue and will give them a stamp to take with them for them to ask the next person they see..

Now if anyone asks me the same question, I will tell them "North is up" and they will still get a stamp to take with them.

I will keep 1 stamp and will pass on 4. (When I'm out of stamps to pass out, you will just get the image, not the stamp itself.)

If I pass on a stamp to you, you need to pass this stamp on when someone asks you the question. Or if you ask someone and they give the right response. Unlike a HH, These stamps should only be exchanged and not left in a box.

There will be no logbook with these stamps, and should be counted like a Traveler.

So get out there and ask, "Do you know which way is North?" then, pass it on.
