Found the right location; the tree is glorious, but letterbox is nowhere to be found. There was unfortunate detritus behind the headstone, so looks like this spot is used for other forms of recreation now.

We had fun trying to find this stamp, but unfortunately we only found a grapefruit spoon. Lol

Great Carve! Original pouch is in a large zip lock bag, but still some moisture in bag. Needs new container. (Didn't have any with me).

Nice carve! Love the detail in it. Found the trek to locate the box interesting!

Nice carve!

If the next person to visit could replace the pouch or box, we would appreciate it. Thank you!

I love cemeteries, and this is built on the side of a mountain. Such a great view! Found the pouch, but an ants nest has been built into it. The stamp and log in in great condition just be prepared to be immersed in ants!

This was quite an adventure- driving from AZ to ME, trying to get one letterbox in each state, this was my VA stop. So proud of myself to find it...but big tree down across the road right in front of it and I had to back out ! ! ! Eeeeek!
