Checked on most of the boxes and they are doing well!! Fantastic huckleberry bushes along a good eight or nine miles of Waldo Lake Trail...YUMMY!!!!

Beautiful hike. Wish I had the stamina to pack my stuff in to stay and enjoy the view from the location in this box. It was in great shape.

Pretzel of Uecker Family 4 went on a bike trip he will never forget to get these four boxes. Perhaps we will go back for the ones we are missing, someday.

The entire weekend was amazing. We love camping at Waldo Lake. This was the first time we decided to bike around it. Got the 4th box and then decided to just keep trekking. Biked 15 miles :) We'll get the rest on our next visit. A never-will-forget adventure!!

Can't wait to get as many more as we can. Today we scouted out the spots we could reserve for RV camping. Skeeters not too bad at north end but brutal at south end. We really enjoyed our walk today - thank you so much.

If we'd had more time, we would have continued. We'll be back for the rest next year! Beautiful spot for letterboxes.

We had a lovely time at Waldo (as we always do), but since we weren't there very long we could only do the first box. Next time we will continue the journey!

The whole series was not in the cards for us this time, but we hope to find more on the next trip. I so wanted to go after Lucinda but we ran out of time. It's an awesome series, I look forward to coming back, thanks!

Well we got a late start(9:oo am),it was over cast and drizzleing all day, we were soaking wet and it was 2:30 pm after we got back from box five, after much debate we gave in to common sense and went back the way we came to beat the dark. This was very extream but we are both almost 40 and not too fit. Still worth every minute and all the pain we are in, what a cool series.
