one last suggestion. My son is 2 1/2 and since he was born he has had awful skin. He was never soft and smooth like a baby, his skin was rough and always looked like he had a rash on his arms and legs. The doctors prescribed everything they could think of. We used cortisone, creams (not lotion, lotion contains alcohol which is drying to the skin), he had steroid creams, oils, baby wash, baby lotions, everything. I changed our soap, our clothes detergent, diaper brands, and nothing made it go away. It was so bad I didn't want him to go with shorts and tshirts or just onsies. Then my mom remembered somehting that my brother used 20+ years ago. It's called Dermarest. I rubbed his whole little body down 2x everyday and within a week the irritations on his skin were gone. Now i can rub him down 1 -2 times a week after bath and he never breaks out. Great stuff! I don't know if it will work or can be used around eyes, but maybe someone else can use it.

I had that for a bit and figured out that it was a new eye lotion I tried. Check if there is a new soap, laundry detergent, lotion, or any product or routine that has changed recently and discontinue use.
