Congrats!

I'm curious, though... can I start calling you Hamlet? Or maybe just V.J.? =)

I'm also curious.... why would Amazon kick your book back?

Also, welcome to the club! I have an Amazon book too! Not as good as Wassa's book, of course, but still.... =)

You know you've really hit it big time when you get your book translated into other languages. *knowing nod* =)

I hired the cover designer back in the March for the job, and I think Amazon made changes to their requirements between then and now. I even had to make changes to my first book too.

And my interior designer was not getting the interior within their requirements.

Captain, of course.

This kitty knows where she came from! ;o)

You can take the pages and make envelopes out of them. I've done that for years.

Back when I had to send a car payment to a bank in Cincinnati, I would send it in envelopes I made from car ads in magazines.

They might not have noticed the tie-in but it always made me smile! =)

I've made envelopes out of calendars and magazine ads, too! But that was 20 or so years ago when I sent letters. My daughter was the envy of her college friends who were always curious about what envelope her mom had sent that week.

Why not?

I would assume because the person who listed the find deleted it. Maybe they recorded the find on the wrong box?

There's not really any way to be sure without asking!

As a follow-up to my original posting asking about Sky 2019, I did finally decide to visit the sites and I think it was worthwhile. Long drives, but it's possible to do 2 or 3 at a time for some of them. I didn't take photos for the DEEP, just looked for boxes and got some hiking in. That simplified things. Salt Rock and Horse Guard were nice surprises. At Horse Guard today, I could see the Metacomet Ridge from Hueblein Tower in Avon all the way down to the Hanging Hills of Meriden. Was not expecting that. For the park repeats, I added some hiking on other trails I had not been on before so that there would be some new ground. All in all, I'm glad I did it.

Hopefully next year they do more sites that are new.

love pinterest. I just keep getting the same images.

Sounds like you have the same problem with Google. ;~)

The answer is the same for both - creative search terms. One I try sometimes when Iā€™m stuck is
{search term} + linocut.

This event was enjoyable. The people were friendly and fun. Boxes were aplenty. The lodging was convenient. Food and snacks were always available. The cost of this event was a bargain for everything that we had and did. Thank you oodles and bunches to Night0wl and Rebiccola and their moms and the helpers who made this past weekend run so well. Extra thanks to Rebiccola and Star Dad for setting up telescopes and sharing with the rest of us. I am sorry to have missed seeing Saturn's rings, yet I was so tired after all that we did. Thank you, thank you, thank you to everyone -- and to Sudoku Crazy, who knows why. šŸ¤£

I agree!!! It was an awesome theme, trails, stamps, and overall event- and telescope viewings were like icing on top! My nerd side definitely noticed and appreciated many of the details included in props, clues and even hiding places. Great job, ladies (and extended families!)

Also, if you do not know what a taphophiles is, do not look it up! Tell is what you think it means, maybe have a little fun with your idea.

I'm thinking I probably have looked like one the last few days in Ohio in the exact place a tapophile would hang out. Yesterday, a man asked me if I was "a regular."
