Can't count it as a find if there is no stamp amongst all that gold!

As Kelsung said, it doesn't appear any more difficult than a three star Mapsurfer.

Somebody says they found it but I don't believe them. lol

Nothing new in terms of clues as far as I can see, just the poem again.

He's going to be on the Today Show again later this morning (Friday 3/1) to give another clue.

Just an update:

Clue # 1:

The box was hidden over 5000 ft above sea level.

Some people were saying there are GPS coordinates in the poem but I dunnnnnnno. I don't think he's into all that.

And remember he said after he hid it he "walked back to his car". I keep going back to that in my head.

I probably shouldn't start my shopping list just yet.

We need eevil letterboxing minds working on this. Where are the eevil minds???

Didn't it say somewhere that he took 6 years to find the spot and write the clues? To me, that means that there is indeed something beyond the surface ambiguities of the poem, though it's probably more likely to be a unique location that works with his wording than some sort of complicated code.

I hadn't seen that. Click on interesting.

There was something somewhere ...someone said something about not needing his book but then maybe finding out that you need it.

Since we have played... we have been busy creating fantastically difficult weather patterns to keep those weathermen guessing....

But another reason we stepped away - was the fact that the mystery was lost. We did what we did, not for recognition, and not to be 'figured out.' Very simply put - we wanted to spread inky joy to those we thought might need it.

When we were 'outed' it lost its appeal and we felt cheated. We never wanted to be outed... we wanted to simply spread joy - and when someone's soul purpose was to 'prove' that they knew what our real identity was - it lost its appeal for us to play. So we went on hiatus.

We are still pondering if we should return or not... but if we do decide to silently slip in to the boxing past... we are publically requesting that our identity remain private. It was never meant to be revealed... and sincerley hope that those who do think they know something - to not share what they think they know with others.

Until we decide... we'll be back to bringing you unpredicitble weather patterns.

I'm so sorry to hear that you were outed, Mizer Brothers. I wish people would spend more time on the trails and less time wrecking the fun of mystery mailers.

I hope you find a way to regain the joy of sharing with others your talents, mysteriously Mizer Brotherly or through other names. Having received your work, it saddens me to hear the background for your hiatus. :(
As for weather patterns and their unpredictability - maybe an isolated storm to clean out the bad air, but with sunshine and white puffy clouds for the rest of us? :)

I'm guessing that a moderator did a good job of deleting the spoiler as soon as it went up. I don't remember seeing it, and I'm pretty sure that I'd remember! Thankfully, MB is still an enigma to me :)

Could this storm happen within the next week and NOT on March 17th?!?! pleasepleaseplease?!?! I'd rather not have to March in the St. Pat's Day parade in the rain. Sunshine would be appreciated and if it's not toooooooo much to ask, temps in the 40s??

Thanks!!

we were 'outed'

Life is full of those type pf people.

They are the ones that will short cut a clue instead of following then so they can think they are smarter than the person that wrote it. They are the ones that will after the fact say "I knew that" or "I figured that out".
