YOU DID? Where did you see it? which one? would it be the "which was is South" shirt?
I like the wandering boots shirt so much i think I might have to break down and make myself one :)

Oh and...I have a sinister plan for a t-shirt if I get to do any gatherings this year ;)

Hey, I resemble that remark!

I'm not "stray" - I know exactly where I am going - as long as someone will tell me which way is South ;-))

Mama Fox - who knows South way better than North!!

PS - it's a fab shirt Dixie!!! We gave Eli's teacher the orange Pippi shirt today - she loves Pippi! She hadn't had a chance to open her gift before we left today - but I'll be calling her soon to get a reaction! (We also gave her a letterbox starter kit - pinched that idea from someone on the boards - thanks someone!! ;-))

E-mail sent! :o)

Why do you suppose so many folks are just discovering it now?
I'm thinking that not all boxers are watching this board........
Should I send out an announcement on the main board?

This Patch may appeal to some who don't usually collect patches, like MYSELF! :o)

It really did turn out STELLAR!

MERIT BADGES

Whew! It took awhile but I found a vendor who would make a small merit badge (for plant and find milestones) and let me order small and varied quantities of each patch at a very reasonable price. I should have a mock-up available by this weekend as they have now been ordered....due by mid July. A long time, I know, but there are just so many different denominations to be made!

The price of these will be $1.50 each ( much more reasonable than the $2.75 each for the same size 1" patch that LBNA charges...I tried to keep these affordable). And here are the denominations available:

P-25 silver star on green background
P-50 silver star on green
P-100 silver star on green
P-250 gold star on green

F- 100 silver star on blue
F-250 silver star on blue
F-500 silver star on blue
F-1000 silver star on blue
F-2500 gold star on blue background

For all of these, the writing would be black thread. Of course, quantities can be purchased and postage will be one 41 cent stamp for every 5 badges....and a self addressed self envelope would need to be included.

Like I said, I will get the mockup on the boards this weekend, but I am opening this to pre-orders and payments because they take longer to order and I want to be able to RE-ORDER if enough people want them. A very fun way to celebrate these milestones! You can use Paypal (lockwench@yahoo.com) or send a check and your self-addressed stamped envelope to:

Cyndie Long
218 Clairmonte Ave
Syracuse, NY 13207

Thanks for everyone who inquired about these...sorry it took so long to find a vendor!

these sound like so much fun and i was particularly eyeballing the P-count ones for me and Mojo but they are all the same until you get up to 250? so a p25 looks just like a P-100?? is that right?

I may never reach F-100 so I can't concern myself with those ;)

i like that you are doing these...
I wanna do a Letterboxing Appalachia patch but I want a clean, simple logo or design and just really don't have any good ideas for it yet.

Midwest Patch
Board: T-shirts! Patches! Paraphernalia!

Does anyone know of a patch that represents the Midwestern US or any states in the Midwest?

Is anyone interested in a patch that does?

Is anyone interested in submitting a drawing for consideration for a patch that does?

If yes to any of the above, please let me know.

Thanks,

Now, if I had the wherewithal to be entrepreneurial, I'd buy a bunch of pink shirts and print the Speedball logo on the chest and the SpeedyStamp imprint and bar code on the back.

Heck, I might even buy that one. I might even have the Speedball logo around here somewhere...

What do you think of a boxing version?

I LIKE IT...
reckon how many others might like that one on a t-shirt?

how about...
"I only work to support my Letterboxing Addiction!"

I have been thinking on one that kinda mimics the mastercard commercials...
something like...

watertight container... $3
Speedball Carving tools... $12
PZ Cut and a sheet of "pink stuff"... $10
Camo duct tape... $4
pigment ink pad... $7
logbook... $10
solving those mystery clues and finding the box first...Priceless

or maybe the last line should be
"finding a new Mystery box with the first page still blank...priceless!"

or something along them lines!
whatch y'all think?
