Wow, I have way too many lock and locks. Has anyone found any creative/clever uses for these containers?

Well, you know, the other day I had the most remarkable idea... What if we store food in them!?
I know, it sounds crazy, but it may actually work.
(You don't have to say it- I'm a genius. ;-)

Send them to me. I'll hide rubber stamps and little handmade books in them and call it Treasure Stamping.

Putting FOOD in a LnL gives me that wrong, awkward feeling...like that commercial for Lays potato chips where Mr. & Mrs. Potato Head sneak off for a private picnic so their kids won't see them eating potato chips. Yeah. WRONG!!

Several years ago LnL had really good sale.
I bought enough to qualify for the bonus pack and free shipping.
I posted a message here on AQ asking if anyone knew if we could use them for food storage.
I got a very serious reply that was sort of questioning my intelligence and telling me yes, that's their intended use.

If you need someone to send them to, please send them my way! My husband keeps stealing my stash for Penzey's Herbs! (Or maybe I was the one stealing his Lock n Locks for letterboxes? Nah...... I introduced him to Lock n Locks in the first place)

We love this Great State and our new hobby ! Today while boxing in the Rangeley region and Carrabassett Valley we had snow squalls. The day after Christmas we wore just light jackets, go figure ! The good news, there were no black flies ! That will not last long.

I've added a series we planted for Tour the Fort. Unfortunately, we have two more series to plant for event on Friday. So those won't count. Decided we really needed to do the planting without Captain Dork, he really slows us down!
