Obviously you need to do a better job tainting your envelopes before sending them out.

I hope we won't all be looking at an Eevil taint in the future ;)

Do you mean that you have a stand-in that you temporarily put in place of the letterbox while you whisk away that box you found to do your stamping and logging? Like a seat holder of sorts or a ball marker on a golf green? Interesting if that is the case. We've missed boxes that were out being stamped into in the past.

This has happened in the busier locations where a stamping boxer would try to hide from the general public. Several times in ME around the Portland area for us. But a little token that said "this box is currently being stamp in and will be back shortly" could make a neat personal traveler to come across

If you make the clues of the mysterious variety, you can usually slip boxes within very tight circles of other existing boxes without any complaints ;)

Avoid putting an activated hand warmer in the same coat pocket as a piece of chewing gum.

Can't keep warm and chew gum at the same time?

only because we tried to minimize the amount of time that someone's hands are exposed to the cold.

Just put some hand warmers in your pockets. And don't forget some gum for your breath ;)

But only while he's in the process.

Is that why you guys box with me?

I don't know, but I'm thinking of taping a bunch of 'em together to use as a shower curtain. Or maybe I can cut a hole in my roof and make a skylight. The possibilities are endless

;)

But it's nice to know that some boxers out there really give a sheet!
