What to do when you did "do overs"

I carved a stamp and made a set of cards from it for a swap. I did a "negative" carve because it was the easier softer way. But then, I didn't care for the outcome even though other people liked it. I'm trying to raise the bar on my carving. So, I did a "positive" carve of the same stamp and made a new set of cards.

Questions:
Do you throw away the first set?
Do you send in the second set to the swap and trade away the extras and the first set?
Do you send both sets to the swap and trade the extras from both?

That's what I would do . . . just one little opinion. Which option is what you most want to do?

I would call them "series 1" and "series 2", send in the one you like most to the swap, but use the others for trade. Or make a box of do-overs, seconds, one-offs, etc., for in-person trading. That's what I have going on.
