just today I was thinking on how I am behind on blogging.... yet agin! *shaking head*
I had gotten a laptop so when i am in bryson City all day now with down time...
I could do this stuff but there are no wi-fi spots there and I have not been able to get a wireless internet card yet.

I will do a Whozzewhatsit update...

Me, me, me! I voted correctly!!!! Woohoo!!! But, I've met Mama Wolf so I had a little advantage. Mama Wolf, you haven't changed all that much! I was just so surprised by all the Fox voters and began to doubt myself .... but I'm doing the little happy two-step now. :-)

Since everyone knows about Mama Fox being on a farm, it's not hard to think it was her (that's why I picked the farm photos).

By the way, I started milking goats when I was 9. My dad used to show me his big thick hands and tell me that they got that way from milking goats. I was TERRIFIED that I was gonna have big, thick hands when I grew up!

I don't think I had cow's milk from a store until I was a teen-- never even bought it at school (Ma packed our lunches everyday). I couldn't believe that was milk! It tasted just like water to me!

Dang! I didn't vote on the website, but I had thought it was Mama Fox, too!

When we got rid of the goats when I was a teen I had to switch over. I use to milk them, bring it inside, throw a bit of cheese cloth over the bucket to strain it and then drink it right then and there-- fresh and warm.

I'm not picky-- I like it either way.

Probably not good to ask me for advice. I'm the human garbage disposal. I'll eat anything-- doesn't matter if it's heated or not. My dad use to bring stuff home to see if I'd eat it and gross everyone out. Then there was the stuff I ate in front of my brother just to make him sick...

I have goats but no milk ones - I want them and I LOVE LOVE LOVE goat milk and I make some good goat cheese, but I know quite well if I was sick .....I mean with even a 104 temp, I would be outside milking because the troll sure would not. So until I can make sure my calf will handle the responsibilities ....... I just dream
