Premium Memberships and Logging In

One last reminder--if you're thinking about becoming a premium member, all money from it will be donated towards the victims of Hurricane Katrina for the month of September. Tomorrow will be the last day it will count towards this worthy cause, however! Already over $550 has been raised! =)

Due to security concerns with the auto-login feature, I've changed the format of the cookie that makes up the auto-login. You'll find you'll need to log in manually at least once, but as long as you check the 'auto-login' box when you do log in, AQ should automatically log you in once again. Sorry for the inconvenience, but hopefully it'll only be a one time thing, you log in manually once (making sure the auto-login button is checked) and can forget about it once again.

Also, I will be driving north towards the gathering in Portland for the next couple of days and will not be online. I shall be leaving AQ in the trusty hands of Amanda and a 'secret administrator' during this time. ;o) It'll be just a few days, but if I don't reply to your post or e-mails in a timely manner, you'll know why. *nodding*

Happy trails!

It would help if you actually set up my "secret administrator" privledges so I don't have to hack my way in to fix things :>

This reminds me of all those times in grade school when I was the one left "in charge" and had to write the names of the troublemakers on the blackboard! Don't make me get the chalk out you guys!! :-)

Ah, Portland, Oregon, a city in the northwestern United States halfway between the North Pole and the Equator that is only notable for being the birthplace of Sally Struthers.

Hey! Don't make me have to ban you from AQ. I heard rumors that Danny Glover even lives in the Portland area. *nodding* =)

PS. Portland is WAY north of the 45th parallel. Salem gets that distinction of between halfway between the North Pole and equator! =P

Yeah, but it's on a different longitude, so I wasn't including that. ;o)
