I just read the link to this event and it says there are cootie shots to prevent cootie infections. Are you kidding? I didn't know there was such a thing in lbing.

I think that is a great idea...I have heard of cootie jails and thought that was also a great idea. I also liked the idea of charging a dollar for the shot...that money can always be applied to cover the cost of supplies and shelter fees. I may do this at the gathering that I am co-hosting.

Honestly...I love a hitchhiker, but cooties are too hard for me to get rid of...just my personal opinion...don't mean to offend you "cooties lovers" out there!! =0)

I hadn't heard of it either, but I doubt I was the first to think of it. I think it will be a good solution to the cootie breaking point. LOL

That's *exactly* the idea. I really like to throw a great gathering, and every little bit helps to cover it! I figure, most people will play the cootie game at the beginning of the gathering, and when they are over it, they can spare a dollar for a cootie shot sticker. I bought those fluorescent garage sale circles - they'll be hard to miss. LOL!

I love cooties. I think they are fun when they are made creatively. However, there is definitely a breaking point. Hopefully, the cootie shot idea will make cooties fun for everyone! :o)
