Check out your local office supply stores. I've never needed it but I'm pretty sure that Office Max or Office Depot have them to use.

A rural library close to me has one that anyone can use. Check out your libraries. I'd love to see one, but the assembly looks beyond me, even if I could figure out the downloading and printing part.
