I recently introduced someone to letterboxing in the Greenville, Versailles area. She wants to explore the area, but I noticed quite a few of Mah Jongg Queens' plants are without clues. Does anyone know if they are WOM or whether MJQ is still active? I need to explain why there are so many active plants, but clues don't seem to be available. Is it possible these "no clues provided" boxes were personal travellers, event boxes, etc? If MJQ is no longer active, should these boxes be marked "unavailable", "unknown" or "retired"?

My friend has already carved a signature stamp, so look out!! Not sure what her trail name will be yet.

Back to researching tomorrow's hunting area ... it's dh's birthday too.

Well, she hasn't logged onto AQ since March 2013, so that sounds inactive to me... :(

Tried contacting MJQ years ago about her boxes and never got a reply. Cootie Queen and I spent most of a full day trying to find MJQ Greenville area boxes and had a rather unproductive day. The ones we did find needed maintenance. Most of the others were either not there or in a location we were unwilling to venture.

I don't remember clues not being there. I wonder if someone has adopted her boxes and deleting clues as a way of making the box not available - strange.
