Am trying to list a box and the location will not store no matter what I do.

When you want to ask for help, details matter. I could try testing the locations by typing "Seattle, WA" and hey, it worked! It doesn't help solve your problem, though. What location are you trying to add? What are you typing in as the individual elements for the custom location? The more details you can provide, the more likely we can recreate the problem and the more likely you'll get a good answer.

I'm not just talking about me.... I doubt anybody on AQ can help with the little information you've provided. If there's a bug in the code, only I can fix it. If you aren't using the custom location correct, all sorts of people might be able to help. But only if they can understand where you went astray in the first place.

I put in "Robinson Hill Rd, Endwell, NY". I canceled te box listing and then tried again and it still wouldn't take it. Tried custom edit also. Finally canceled it all.

My Halloween Cat works with:
Robinson Hill Rd, Endwell, NY

mother and child worked with:
The Glen, Robinson Hill Rd, Endwell, NY

Not sure why yours won't take.

This is the first time this has happened, and I have a number of plants there. Driving me crazy.

I put in "Robinson Hill Rd, Endwell, NY".

I'm not sure what to tell you. There's gotta be more to this story, though, because I even went so far as to log into your account, typed in exactly that as the location, and it worked just fine. It gave me that option Broome County, at least, and I assume that's accurate. Didn't even need a custom location for it to work.

More details please! What happened when you typed in "Robinson Hill Rd, Endwell, NY"? You just said it "wouldn't take it," but were there any error messages? What options did it provide when you entered it. Details! Details!

What type of a box are you trying to enter? Were you able to enter everything but the location?

When I typed in Robinson Hill Rd and tried to store it nothing happened, and no message came up. Just would not store it. Even tried just Endwell, NY. Tried various combinations and nothing worked. This is a first. Have never had this happen when planting.
