How to list a box

I want to plant a box at a walk-through nativity event that I am a part of each year. I can't leave the box there all year because the place won't allow it. It can only be available during the days and hours that the event is open.

My question is how would I list the box? Is it a traditional? Only available for 6 days for about 3 hours a night. Would it be an event? Not a letterboxing event, but an event.

Thanks, I want to make sure I am listing it properly.

It would be a limited time traditional box. Select the limited time icon under attributes when listing your box and state the specific dates and times available on the clue page. Either retire the box when you pull it this year, or change the status to unavailable until next year if you want to make it available on an annual basis.

Word of mouth, limited time? It is so limited, and I wouldn't want anyone to show up at the wrong time and be upset. I would list it well before the Nativity to give people a chance to see it listed, and plan ahead to go there. But word of mouth would keep them from hunting for it.

Listing early is a good idea. I was going to list a at Thanksgiving, but now will do it sooner.
