I actually did that and made the color lighter, but I wasn't sure it would work when I wrote the message. Sometimes it's hard for me to trace over shading if it's dark.

I do have that problem with the laser printer at work, but I was using my inkjet at home. I've never had that problem before. I tried the tracing paper but I couldn't see the detail well enough to trace.

It says to download it on to a Mac I have to first download something called "macport". I dunno. I've used it on Windoze (at work) and Linux (at home). I haven't used it on a Macintosh, so I can't help there. Perhaps there is another Mac user here wh...

I just use the cheapest mechanical pencils you could ever imagine, and tracing paper. No issues for me.

I don't really need it. I was just curious because you mentioned it.

The problem with the tracing paper was I couldn't see the details through the paper.

I'm in the process of making my own "Muggle Cards". Since I'll be referencing this site, I'd like to include the AtlasQuest logo. Does anyone have a high-quality version of the logo that I may use? Thanks!

That’s a very low-quality image. I’ll see if I can find something better. Thanks, anyway.

Umm, ask Ryan? Well, I'm very new, so I have no idea how to contact him. Suggestion? Nevermind... Sending him a message, now.

So I bought the Blick Illustration Markers. Now I am trying to figure out what to do with them. There are 24 colors, and not a wide range of greens. :( I have been coloring with them, but they don't blend as well as I thought they would. Would a...

I have copics. The blender marker from the copics is not really a blender... it's an eraser. I'm only familiar with Copic markers which are alcohol-based. But as far as blending goes they do blend pretty well but at the same time the colors that are mo...

Thanks for the ideas! I might see if I can get a blender. Have you watched the new YouTube videos about your markers? I searched and found one, but she kept going off topic so it was hard to watch. So that's why I asked here. :)

Sometimes I will look for reviews like on amazon or even google "[name of markers] blogs". Sometimes things will pop up. Otherwise I suppose you could see if they react at all like copics. You could possibly watch a few YouTube videos on copics and see...

I've started searching in Facebook Ooh, good idea. I'll have to give that a try, because google and pinterest yielded not much, mostly copic. My issue is that I don't have the color range needed for a lot of the copic tutorials. Hmm... I'll keep...

Try searching “Blick markers vs Copic.” A bunch of articles and videos come up. Are you using marker paper? It’s less absorbent, so it works better for blending colors or shades. (The video by “Frugal Crafter “ shows examples on both 80 lb cardstock...
