Krisckster introduced to pathtags a couple of years ago but Semicolon and I just received ours. We'll be leaving them around as first finders and use them when we do exchanges. We've put pictures of ours up on the pathtag.com page under Wronghat.

I know that this is a year old thread, but just jumping in that i do have pathtags to trade if anyone is interested

I've collected a few that are sitting in a box at the moment. They're pretty and they're nice souvenirs of fun times, so it would be fun to display them somehow. What do folks do with their pathtags?

I have a homemade letterboxing bag, so I stitch them on the bag in small spots between the patches.
Correction: I stitched IT on the bag, next to the patch for the state where I got it.

I have a round wooden disk like a barstool seat. Hubby drilled "holes" but holes don't go all the way through in the disk . The pathtags fit perfectly , and I have it hanging on craft room wall.
You remember the cardboard map that people used to collect state quarters? Its kind of like that

I have a metal "bulletin board" and use rare-earth magnets to stick them on there.

I use coin pages (like pages for trading cards, but coin sized squares instead). That is what I currently do as I can also put geocoins in pages in the same binder, but I am thinking of changing.

We had a ring that was like a thin metal cable with ends that screwed closed. I think that we got it from Krikster. Anyway, our path tags were on the ring, and that was looped around the handle of our letterboxing bag. I am not sure when it was removed from the bag, but, sadly, the ring and all of our path tags have disappeared. I did like having them hanging like that. 😃

I saw a girl who sewed her L&B one onto her backpack yesterday at TALE. Then it hangs in an available spot between patch. Loved that...

My pathtags have been collecting dust for years, and I never really found the proper way to display them. I had found a pathtag display board made out of walnut and it stayed on my watch list for over a year. My birthday is coming up, and my dad wanted to get me a unique present "something you wouldn't buy for yourself", so I thought about it for a few days and told him what I wanted, and he told me to order it. Now they are beautifully displayed, the only problem is it holds 96 and I currently have 65. All those empty holes.... :( Looking to trade, preferably if we've met/boxed together at events, but I would like to fill this baby up!!! Please message me with any questions. Thanks!

Nope, just have that one still...but I'll take that as a suggestion to look into a new one...lol

So, 7 months after you posted this, I'm working on designing my own pathtag. I'll be happy to trade if and when it gets made. I heard a rumor there'll be a code next month :)

I really like pathtags but never had any made for myself. I always heard they are expensive to have made and have a minimum that you have to order. I will have to look into it. I have exactly 3 pathtags - one I got at Live & Breathe XV and 2 people gave me of their trail name. One of them has a small clip on it. I thought you were supposed to clip the pathtags on your backpack. I would love to get more.

Warning: They are rather addictive!

I used Extags. They were $100 for 100 tags total cost, about half the price of true Pathtags. The ONLY difference is the tracking number on the back can't be tracked at the official Pathtags website.
This was a couple years ago so who knows what "Covid inflation" has done.
