'presence' - yours would be preferred - but as far as ideas go... I'm open to almost anything... it's almost all adults. So if you want to make it a bit crazy and comical - even slightly pin-upish I think it would be okay... what happens at LLBean at midnight - stays there : )

Does this mean I'll be getting a cloud of glitter in my face when I open the envelope? :^) Or is this not for my swap?

I like using the post office kiosk, avoiding the lines and hassle inside. I would love to see kiosks and drop boxes in shopping malls, grocery stores, gas stations, city building, etc ... Places I frequent.

Dump a whole jar of shimmering embossing powder all over myself and the floor...

When people tell you that you have a sparkling personality, I'm pretty sure they meant it figuratively! But at least for today, it can be literal too. =)

I know that RIClimber likes the horizontal lines (did I see him post that? I think so, but I dunno), but I'm finding that they are distracting.

I don't remember anyone posting about those online, but Amanda didn't much like them either, but when she looked at them on my monitor, she could barely even see them. And when I looked at them on her monitor, they looked like rather dark (and quite annoying) slashes across her screen. They're meant to be pretty subtle but depending on your monitor, they might not be so subtle. I lightened the lines a bit after that, but I'll lighten them some more and see if that helps. (You might have to "refresh" the page to take in the new CSS, though.)

On my monitor, at this point, those lines are all but invisible, but let me know how they look on your monitor now.

I ended up posting a single box. Tagged it as 'limited time' and 'WOM,' and was very clear in the description about the purpose. So far, no complaints.

Can someone tell me what the handsaw, hammer, drill, and "?? maybe" are for? I've used the color tags before. Are these used the same way or do they have specific meaning in the AQ world?

They're all just tags like the colored tags on boxes and you can give them any meaning you want. The "maybe" option is the only one that has a real-world use meaning "maybe I'll attend an event, maybe I won't...?" since that tends to be the most common reason people tag an event, but even then it's up to you what it ultimately means since you can edit the names of all of them. (Also, keep in mind, if you do use the "maybe" option as a real maybe option, they're just tags and only you will see them. Nobody else will know that you might be attending the event until you actually sign up.

I can't say I saw much of the state outside of the Long Trail and AT corridors, but it's a gorgeous state you have there! =)

Rather handy for me to have all sorts of photos of Vermont to work with too. *nodding* I actually created this theme nearly a year ago shortly after finishing my hike of the Long Trail and it's one of my favorite state themes! Killed me to sit on it for so long!

I do find the three column layout on the comments to be a bit odd as the dates go down one column and then up to and down the next....newspaper style....vs. horizontal table style rows.

I see this has changed again. The comments are now along the right hand side of the details page. I like it!
Peace

Glad you like it. So far, nobody has complained about that change. *knock on wood*

One thing to keep in mind, however, is that that only happens if your browser is wide enough to support it, so not everyone will see it, and you might not even see it there depending on the device you're using.

Geesh, so much work. Just put it in the mailbox with the flag up. Your postman will weigh it, ship it, and leave you a note telling you how much you owe.

I think a scale would appeal to your OCD! Weigh it, add a few more LTCs and smidge of tape, weigh again, add more tape, etc!

Other than the blankety blank, I think Mikey might have a good idea!

I'm totally teasing you! My last tracker, everyone's envelopes were different sizes and weights, so I had to have each one weighed.

I want all the bubble mailers the same! Lol!

It's all good....

I hate to be the one to break this to you but not all places have that particular service. My mailbox is on the side of my apartment wall, has no flag, and if I handed the carrier a package to mail for me he or she would look at me like I was nuts, senile, or both.
