What is the most bizarre thing you've come across while letterboxing?

For some folks, the answers might be the same!

The most bizarre thing I've found was a pile of dry cat food out in the middle of a wooded area, where nobody would be feeding their kitty.

In the few short months we've been LB'ing we have found: a mountain bike, cell phone, a blunt( yep ,the herbal type), an axe, a golfing Mickey Mouse pin, still looking for Jimmy Haffa

Makes you wonder "what's really going on here?" doesn't it?

I've mentioned it a few times before...Mr. self-service... while looking for one of Es's boxes. You'll have to search.

These days, the most bizarre thing I *would* LOVE to come across is activity on this and other boards in the RM area...especially those with clues to letterboxes, or visitors, or vistors with bizarre photos who've visited the RM area.

Or who dare to...any of the above!

it's probably a cipher, imho. perhaps, over time, the author will replace each "?" with a letter? anyway, it's a good way to drum up attention. kudos!

I am not the "disagree" but there are not any squares or question marks in the original message that I can see....

In some browsers, all those boxes and question marks actually show up as letters. Try Firefox if you are using IE, or vice versa. See if that helps.
