Hello! New to letterboxing and am in SE Michigan.

Hi! I'm from East Central Michigan. I too am new to letterboxing. A friend of mine got me started to three years ago but I've not found anything on my own. The cool thing is she came up from Delaware this weekend and we were able to find several in mid Michigan

Well, a treasure hiking pathtag has been created and ordered. The tag was just ordered, so it will be a bit. Right now, only one has been made which will represent 25, 50 miles, or wherever our state hiking program will start.

The design is inspired in color choices by the state flag. Nic thought it looked nice/was impressed. My feelings are a bit mixed. This process is new to me, and I hope it goes smoothly!

Well, the hiker is a little larger, so the tag is now entering production. The top of the hiker's head is around the Clare or Mount Pleasant area. :)

In the first message, I said that this is just 1 and that number had not been decided. Many states use 25, but it could be 50 or whatever. I have only ordered 50 of 1 at the moment.

Ha! I actually had a friend send me the information also. I will most likely look at the puzzle, but, more importantly, I'll be taking my grandson out for ice cream after school right around the time the clues are posted :). If luck is with me, I may take a walk Friday morning to see if I can find it. How cool would it be if my letterboxing skills paid off?

So glad you are doing them. I had high hopes years ago to get them going and just never had the funds to get them produced. then someone else asked to do them and now you actually did it!!! Yay. LOL.
