Are postals addicting?
Board: Postals

I really love traditional letterboxing. I love the clues, the hunt, the find, the stamping, the recording. But lately because of illness and the miserable weather getting out and boxing just has not happened. I did do a postal, my first, and now I'm thinking of doing another. Are postals addicting? If so, would somebody please give me directions to the postal detox center, I just may need it.

There may be a 12 step program near you. If not, I am an addictions counselor and have offered my services around the boards... in the form of more rings *hahahaha*

You know-- we do very few postals, but started because of the weather last winter. This winter we've found ourselves doing more-- and a year postal ring thing--- and I must say that I think we'll keep it a winter thang.... but it sure helps to get the itch out!

Depends... do you consider 1001 postals an addiction?

please give me directions to the postal detox center

Again that depends...on how you answered my first question. If you think 1001 is too many then apparently I am the wrong person to give you the directions! If you think 1001 is ok, then you really don't need the directions after all! :)

No postals are not addicting -- I can quit any time.

I like them, but some people hold them up and then I get annoyed I don't have any cute little packages in my mailbox :( Maybe we should do a postal on things that can happen to a PLB on the road!

My name is FORAYCH and I am a postaholic. I have not been clean for one whole week, other than the skin removal performed by the sticky tape when getting my fix. ;)

Hey, it's all about supply and demand. If there is demand, I am more than happy to supply!
