Since I've never been to an event, I would like to thank Trailfeathers for hosting BoxON! 2010. I enjoyed meeting everyone and I can't wait for next year. It was a blast!

FANTASTIC event!

I had two of my kids with me, and it was so wonderful to see how kind everyone was to them. Thank you all for doing exchanges and PTs with Prop and Earth Diver. They felt very much embraced by the crowd.

A class act, Trailfeathers. Thank you. We'll be back to Orangeville to get all those boxes we missed today.

It was lovely to meet you all, Keldar5. I agree . . . Trailfeathers did an amazing job hosting.

I agree totally with Fiddleheads. Our grandsons were welcomed and treated wonderfully by everyone and didn't want to leave . . . until we said we were going to find more boxes . . . LOL. It's nice to have an hobby like this that is so family-friendly in the truest sense.

More thanks to Trailfeathers. The work you did was incredible. I can't even imagine trying to put together one of these. It must be overwhelming, and yet there it was, a bevy of boxes, an outstanding event stamp, gorgeous little hand bound clue books, etc..

I've got mine still. It was a simple bind, but fitting with the theme. The real treasure was how all the information inside was organised. We have to go back and get all the ones we missed after dashing to get home in time for Prop's kayak class.

I was thinking we should have a mid-winter mini-meet and carve in Guelph. I just have to find a place to do it. It was so great to be able to stamp up inside, out of the cold and wind.

My only regret about the indoor location was that it was downstairs. For a bunch of outdoorsy trail-loving folks, it was very far removed from daylight.

Considering it snowed all day in our area Sunday, I think anywhere indoor was a wise decision - but if I had one do-over, I would have chosen a location with windows.

And we would have had name tags on hand!
