Thanks to all who attended the Lexington Splash event yesterday! It was great fun and hopefully will become an annual event!!

All the stamps were great and everyone had a blast with the cooties it appeared!

We had a great time! Where else could you meet two of the coolest trail names ever (StephenHawkingsInsideVoice and Johnny Cache - it was a pleasure, gentlemen ;-)) And some new people attended and we were able to start the indoctrination - I mean - answer questions...... Muwaahaahaahaa....!!!!

6kiddiez did a great job organizing the event - but a word of advice - if she offers you candy - take it at your own risk.... ;-))

I enjoyed meeting everyone, and had several great days of boxing around Lexington!! My present to me from my family was to leave me alone and keep Baby Fox (a/k/a Whiner Fox - lol!) for a few hours every day so Foxy Boy and I could letterbox. My dear sister-in-law went one further and got me a new logbook, some cute logbooks for the kids and some blocks of carving material. Woo hoo!!!

Oh, and fellow event attendees - don't think I haven't noticed the cooties left in my backpack..... I know who you are - remember, I left a spy while I went to get lunch!!

Who needs spies when you have honest people? I'll own up to handing over a couple of my cooties. Also, who needs spies when I'll happily snitch? Mr. Cache dumped handfulls into your bag. It was great to meet you, hopefully see you and the Little Foxes at another event.

Thank you--not much to organize. But, hopefully, if we continue the indoctrination...er...helping people to learn about letterboxing, we will have an even bigger event next year!!

Wish we could have stayed at the pool longer. It seems that whenever we have something planned, there are 2 or 3 other events that occur on the same day.

Mama Fox--you're not supposed to give my secrets away.....there WAS candy to be had....right Johnny?
