I have a bundt cake called Zuccini Chocolate cake. The zucchini makes it so moist but it only tastes like moist chocolate cake! Yummy. I'm sure this recipe is on line someplace. I better get cooking.

I just acquired a TON last night, the stuffed shells recipe sounds
great, I too would like a copy of that one!

But tonights supper will probably be zucchini crust pizza, zucchini fritters and
zucchini muffiins for dessert, lol.

Zucchini Stuffed Shells would love to see that recipe also.
