I was visiting CT back in July and boxed Southford Falls State Park. The brookside of the Red Trail has 1-2 downed trees that are passable. There are 2-3 downed trees leading up to the Tower that you can climb over or under to pass. The Papermill Pond side of the trail is a mess! There are two locations where you will have to go off the path & around several uprooted root-balls 5-7 trees bunched, 6-10 feet tall! Not an easy feat and be prepared to bend & twist!
I found three boxes not bothered by storm damage, however I was looking for Box #2974 - third time in 3 yrs - and with damage, I'm not sure it's still there or I'm simply not reading the clues correctly.

I also hit Lover's Leap State Park. At the time of my visit, the chimney & castle are fine. I did not hike to the Tea House due to downed trees. The Lover's Leap trail has a set fallen trees you can walk under as you head to the vista, however as the trail turns left, it was completely blocked by many fallen trees.

Hope this helps.
