I found it. That box has restrictions on it which means only people who have a certain number of finds or a certain number of plants can see the listing. Premium members can record finds on boxes that are not listed. On special days called hat days, when the theme page shows nothing but hats, everyone gets the privilege to record finds on unlisted boxes but those days have become very random and very rare.

As Wronghat has said, the box you found can only be seen and logged when you have a bit of experience. Meanwhile, enjoy finding 'unrestricted' boxes, plant a few of your own, and log them as you go. She evidently found it by accident. That probably means it wasn't in its hiding spot. And for those of us familiar with Providence Canyon, that's a pretty daunting thought; it could have washed downhill and downstream from its hiding spot!

I'd suggest that the box owner should forward the text of the clues to this finder to confirm where it actually is.
