We went to a wilderness park last weekend and found a series boxes that were planted in March 2009 and as of yet were un-found. We were happy just for the finds (not a lot of boxes in our area). Being first-finders was also kind of fun. And surprisingly they were all still in place - no animal muggles, ha ha.

I feel sorry for the planter. Gee! Are they still on AQ?

Yes, but they don’t seem to be too active. To be fair though California’s Central Valley is a bit of a dead zone for boxing.

They had been to check on these boxes a couple of times since planting, always noting their visits in the log books. The last one read, “still no finders :( “. So yeah probably a bit sad.
