Cannot find the GPX file option for search results

Maybe I'm just getting senile but I remember there used to be an option either on the search results page of the map search results page to export a GPX file that can be used to display the location of the search results on a GPS or another mapping software outside of AQ. Has it been moved or eliminated?

I'm seeing it--maybe it's a premium benefit now?

Last time I checked I was still a premium member. Where are you seeing the button?

The premium member symbol is not showing beside your trail name.

Yeah, I just figured that out. I wonder when it expired? I don't recall getting mail about it and I thought I was set up to auto-renew. Oh well. I've fixed that now. Thanks, everyone.

I also didn't get any warning that my membership was about expire. Didn't we used to get an option to renew on time, at a slightly reduced rate?

Yes, you did. Check your AQ mail from December 8th. AQ sends one notification a month before your premium membership is due to expire, then provides another warning at the top of My Page the last week or so before it's due to expire. After that, AQ doesn't bother you with anymore warnings or notifications.

I'm pretty sure that your account wasn't set to auto-renew. There hasn't been an auto-renew option since about 2006, I think, and you didn't become a premium member until 2011.

You should have gotten a notification a month before it expired, but I can't check that on your account since the notification would have been sent out on October 29th and, if it was there, has already been deleted by AQ. AQ mail that old would only still be on the server if it was in an archive folder.

I think sometimes people get notifications about expiring premium memberships and decide to deal with it later and then forget about it. A month away? That doesn't seem urgent at the time. =)

I also don't really want to sent multiple AQ mail messages every week. I find those super annoying! Maybe I should send a second email a week before it expires, though....

Thanks for the explanation. I have memberships at several different websites so apparently I was confused. Since I am not Peter Pan every year a few more daily details of life seems to slip thru the widening cracks.

Yes, 1 to 3 weeks before expiration would be good. I never saw one.
