Event Boxes

OK, I have a (maybe not so unique) problem. I have almost 400 stamps that will be coming to our upcoming gather, and I would like to add them to the event, but there are just too many (right now I'm adding the first one in the series to the event).

Is there a way to add all of the boxes of a series to an event without having to do them one at a time? It always helps to have all the boxes of a series added, to ease logging for attendees later, but it's such a hassle to do it individually.

Thanks for your input.

Is this something that some of us can help you?

400 stamps

Holy smokes! I need to take out stock in Stazon or one of the other big ink producers.

I agree. It would be nice when on the event box listing where it has "add box to event" button, in the drop down menu of boxes to add, to have the option of Add all, or to select multiple boxes to add.

I see where not adding all of them every time should remain an option as stamps break, get lost, haven't been carved yet, or other.

400 stamps! What an event!

I could envision the following:
1. A series of 15 boxes is created for an event and listed as "A"
2. After the event, the series is sent to another event coordinator.
3. The new event coordinator "adds" a new box to AQ but has the option to "Copy From" listing A - or to put it another way and look at it from the flip side, the new event coordinator goes to listing A and does the equivalent of "Save As"; in either case all 15 boxes are in the new listing
4. The new event coordinator updates/edits/replaces the Clues and saves the new listing B
