Going through some old LTCs and I really miss mstrwndl being around. To my knowledge he is still alive and healthy, I just miss him being in the hobby.

Mstrwndl was sort of a 'long distance' mentor for me when I started. Most of the first letterboxes I found were his, even though I live 500 miles away (long story). He communicated when we logged finds, too, and gave me my first letterboxing patch. He has a special place in my memory.

Yeah, he always communicated. Very kind, thoughtful person, who cared about others.

I was just thinking about mrwndl. I never met him, but his boxes where most of my first finds.

Also never met Riverkat but found one of her parachute boxes. It is on an island on a beautiful lake. We can try to check on it next summer. We meant to this summer but the boat motor is burnt up.
