Just found out by chance that the rates have changed yet again. So be sure you check on that before sending in your cards for trackers!

Thanks so much, Raven! I see that padded envelopes are now $3.00 for up to 4 oz.
New rates as of 9/3/17

I noticed that too. That is a really big jump. 2.72 to 3.00 is a 10% increase.

Whew, you scared me. I just mailed a large envelope out for a client today and didn't know rates had changed. Fortunately my rates stayed the same.
I mailed a 9 x 12 bubble mailer yesterday from the post office with 1 LTC card holder sheet in it. He sent it for $1.82. Didn't think it was right, but he's the expert and it was metered.

I don't mean to worry you, but I thought this was true too. Until I got things back postage due because of what ever discrepancy the "experts" had with each other along the mailing process. You would think that when you go to the "teller" desk that THEIR printed postage would be the ultimate word of all words, but sadly no. They really have a lack of consistency, which I think fuels their postal increases in the long run.

Yes, that has happened to me as well. My post office quotes a price and prints the postage label for the smaller bubble envelope and it arrives postage due. Our bubble mailers seem to be difficult to classify; large envelope or package?
