It will be so awesome! If I recall, it's being planned for October of next year, yes? At the moment I don't know how I can possibly get there that time of year, but if nothing else I will carve stamps and make logbooks to send over and await amazing stories and photos of the event.

Yes, thanks for starting the board! I'm on the planning team and should mention that most of our team isn't very active on AQ....BUT we are already busy planning and working to make this event happen. With all this interest, we will work to get more information out as fast as we can!

Yep, it is going to be fun ......at least for all your foreigners coming to Texas!!!!! We even saved you from having an August event which would have been 100 degree heat. As Open Space said - much more details will be released soon, as she has been working on this for almost a year now. Can't wait to meet some new Letterboxers!
