Metal log book cover?

I need/wish to make a logbook with a metal cover. I would like to be able to punch holes in the metal covers with my Bind it All. Where can one find metal sheets that I would be able to cut to size as well as not destroy my BIA tool? Can this be one?
Thanks

I've seen covers made out of license plates, so anything up to that thickness should be ok. Try finding some metal flashing at the hardware store. Just be careful cutting it and make sure you either sand the edges or fold them under and pound them flat; they can be really sharp!

Some online site carry metal 'covers' specifically for bind-it-all applications...

The zutter website cautions about license plates... make sure they are the newer aluminum. I think flashing would work great, but sand the edges blunt.
