Don't you hate it when you overcompensate for being tired by having just a wee bit too much coffee too late in the day!!! I rarely do this - but today is one of those days....gotta sleep but body is in overdrive...can't even carve because I am too jittery...damn it!!!!!

I never do that. Because I'm so addicted to caffeine that I drink it right up until time for bed and then have a coke by the bed so that if I wake up, I can take a sip. Just like a smoker waking up for their mid-night smoke.

Most of the time, I am in that same boat where I can have a cup of coffee or espresso beans before bed and go right to sleep, but not last night. Wow, worst night of sleep in a long time. Just water for me today! Sleepy Jeff

How many espresso beans equals a cup of coffee? (Seriously- not a joke!).

I think it will depend on how one's body metabolizes caffeine, but for me about three to four chocolate covered espresso beans (eating them without the chocolate is less enjoyable LOL!) is equal to maybe a six ounce cup of coffee. What do other's think?

Side note: I use chocolate covered espresso beans when going on long driving trips - you get the wakeful component without having to pee all the time like soda or coffee causes :) Just know lots of espresso beans may upset the stomach a bit if sensitive.

Jeff *who still feels a bit driven by the juice!*
