My Publix, in north metro Atlanta, has pulled their displays and does not seem to carry lock-n-locks anymore. I've had good luck finding letterbox-sized L-n-Ls at Target. Wal-Mart carries some, but usually in too large a size for me. MoonBunny

Lock Wench - I'm so sorry about your boxes :( Hang in there! You can do it. Just keep chanting 'Ooommm' with your pinkies up in the air. I can't do lotus either, but I do sit sort of cross-legged and it seems to help center me. SunFleur

Scout, I hope your pumping of water was only from your basement. I'm lucky here in West Endicott, to live just far enough from the river and the creek to not have been affected, other than the minor inconvenience of boiling water. When the waters go...

Quote "Hide" boxes indoors. I have a couple of places that would make good *inside* hiding places, museums and such. How do you pitch the idea? and how do boxers find them? Do they have to ask a certain question? Shiloh

Quote I had to embrace a more Zen attitude If that helps great, personally I'd like to go ballistic on them. That would be my therapy. :) Shiloh

Quote and how do boxers find them? Do they have to ask a certain question? We found an indoor 'box in New Orleans. It was planted in conjunction with a geocache. Using the coordinates for the geocache you had to find the right "person behind the des...

When it came time to "hide" the City of Homes letterbox, I knew where it was going. It just kinda struck me one day (really hard, too). I'm not a regular purchaser at the place, but I'm in there enough that I think I'm recognized. Anyway, I asked if he...

Hi there. Was in Halifax in May. The Backpackers Hostel LB is easy to get to in downtown Halifax. Royal Halifax is about 5 -10 miles north. Afraid that's about it. The rest of the NS boxes are primarily in Cape Breton, and scattered throughout the...

Thank you. Currently, Mn8X is doing some scouting for locations at parks around the Columbus Convention Center. Everything is taken care of for now, but it's good to know I can call on peoples.

Absolutely. I know little to nothing about Zen, but I do know that while a letterbox can in principle last for decades, it also can be gone in a moment -- due to malicious people, careless people, animals, floods, bulldozers, any of a dozen other caus...
