I don't have a vaseline in the house, but I'll try to get out and get some soon to try this.
I forgot that DD made her own bath products once and used olive oil and almond oil. I didn't think about how wonderful her stuff was. Untill I can get some Vaseline, maybe I could try just the oils put on very thin.
However, I do worry about her zit prone skin using oils and/or vaseline. At this point though pimples may be better than the flakey skin.
thanks for the ideas

That's probably one part of the equation, but also smaller=cheaper to ship halfway around the world.

I'm kinda thinking that this is the "Dollar Store" - everything is a dollar. I bet both sizes are still being produced, but the smaller one is cheaper for the Dollar Store to buy, so they get a better profit on it (since their sales price is "fixed" at a dollar). Makes more sense for them to sell the slightly smaller one.

I am sure there are others but one I remember suggesting is to make search results come in pages of up to 100. They used to be 25 and it was a chore to look through page after page after page...

I was just watching a TV show last night about a forger who copied signatures upside down. He stated that when you copy them right side up, you are trying to copy someone's font. When you do it upside down, it is like copying art which is much easier.
I have also always done letters upside down, now I have an idea why it works.

I have a big ego, I guess I'll go first!
A ways back I suggested some changes in the wording of the home page to make them a bit friendlier to folks that are not letterboxers and simply read about it in a magazine somewhere.
I also much more recently suggested reformatting the Recent Threads widget to make it neater and add the ignore thread button.
Probably my most popular suggestion was the hats, or rather the changeable Premium Member hats.
I am still waiting on Ryan to make the site look less like someone puked up on my screen, but I won't hold my breath.

Try baby lotion (NOT baby oil). Baby lotion is made for sensitive skin. I have extremely sensitive skin and I also cannot use lanolin, but I have rubbed baby lotion over my entire face without stinging. I think Burt's makes a baby lotion which would be even better since it's natural. Another suggestion is eye cream - the night kind. Eye cream is made to be extra moisturizing. Good luck!

Well it seems that we have calmed down some here. I have asked mud to help me sort through the postals here. I have been having some issues and have not been able to do this. So she has gracefully offered to help. I am very thankful. This will halp me catch up here.
I am hosting a few rings that I might have to change around, but hopefully not.
Well I am still pregnant. Having all kinds of issues. So please continue to pray for us. I am on and off of AQ. I can access it via my cell phone, but it is often difficult to answer email this way.

It is a Bind it All made by Zutters. It is a little machine that punches a row holes in tons of stuff; CDs, heavy cardboard, metal etc; to make logbooks. It also crimps on the wire so you have a very cool book. Do a google search and I am betting that you will find that you DO need one! Mine is in transit and I cannot wait! Terrio

Try hydrocortisone. My son has severe eczema and that's where his doctor had us start. Now we've moved onto some heavy duty prescription lotions. But hydrocortisone should work for most people. If it doesn't clear in a few days, see your doctor. There are different levels of prescription lotions and they work very quickly. :)

What Romana said, and get a good magnifying lamp. I also recently learned to needle carve (thanks RaqsEnigma for a great class at LBCon!) and that has made it easier to get fine details. :)

You're welcome Safari Man. That very fine line between brave and dumb was crossed over quite a lot this weekend, huh ??
I have heard from some of our Out of State Guests, with the "WE'RE HOME SAFE" message. Goofy Girl and her bunch, they were letterboxing on the way home... AND taking the southern LONGER way.... so I expect we'll hear from here later today.
Hornicorn decided to wait an extra day, so she bunked at our house last night and when I left for work this morning she was getting ready to head for home as soon as it warmed up a bit.
A few of the others were waiting til today too.
THANKS Friends.
Dina B.
